Gigi - Where do I start?? Gigi came to us from Bill & Carol Thonn of Newphoria Newfoundlands. We bred and co-own Gigi's sire Ryder. She was was our pick puppy out of his first litter. Gigi has been a delight from the moment she came home. She was housebroken within 24 hours and never chewed anything she shouldn't. She is incredibly intelligent coupled with a strong desire to please. She does have a wicked sense of humor however and Kathy has been the butt of her jokes a few times, especially in the obedience ring!
Gigi LOVES the conformation ring and finished quite easily with three majors, (a 3 point and two 4 point majors respectively), two BOB and BOS over specials. She took her first two points as well as BOW at nine months old.

Gigi is equally as happy in the working venues as the conformation ring. The pictures at the top of the page are all of Gigi working. She has earned her companion dog title, Rally Novice (with placements), and her Jr. water title. She came very close this year to earning her Sr. water title and draft title. We'll get 'em both next year and that will complete her VN requirements. She'll also be working on her Rally Advanced and Excellent titles in 2011.
Gigi finished with a 4 point major and BOS over specials at the Wilmot K.C. under judge Barbara Ann Brooks. As always, Gigi was owner handled by Kathy.
